Who is Chugako?

Chugako is the unknown. You can't talk to him, as you aren't privileged to do so. You don't ask him anything, you only get the pleasure of being in his presence. Well, back to being realistic, Chugako, (Chug) is really a friend of mine, he makes web pages, chats, etc....he's usually on mIRC also (in the same chatrooms I'm in) and if you haven't fiqured it out yet, his nickname's chugako, he's usually on mirc on weekends, but don't think he'll be on at your choosing either, 'cuz he won't.
